Shipping times

Processing and preparing your order for shipment (packaging and documentation) takes 1 to 3 business days.

Domestic shipping (only available in Peru): 3 to 5 calendar days

Express shipping (available in some countries and regions): 7 to 10 calendar days

Standard shipping (available in all countries and regions listed above): 20 to 30 calendar days

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, which includes a tracking number. If the email does not have it, you can find it in the My Orders section of the My Account page: https://josevitancio.com/mi-cuenta/orders/

Shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. The company is not responsible for delays in customs clearance, failed tax payments, wrong addresses, unfavorable weather conditions and other external factors that may delay the delivery date.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the country or region of destination. When placing an order, the shipping options available for your destination and the respective costs will be displayed at checkout.

For orders placed in Peru, shipping is free, regardless of the value of the purchase, as long as the order does not have more than 12 units. In case of exceeding it, we will contact you.

Taxes

Peru

Prices do not include sales tax, so at the end of your purchase, 18% of the total value of the products will be calculated for the payment of IGV.

Rest of the world

No sales or customs taxes will be applied at the time of shipping your order, although depending on its value, you may have to pay import taxes, VAT or other local sales taxes in your own country or region. The final price shown at checkout does not include these taxes, so if applicable, you will need to pay these taxes to your country's customs or tax authority to release your order.

Products damaged during shipment

We try to ensure that your order arrives in the best conditions, so we use special boxes for ceramic products and work with the Universal Postal Union (UPU) for your shipment. However, in the event that your order has arrived damaged, we apologize.

Immediately after receiving your order, record a video or take pictures showing that the product arrived damaged and send them to questions@josevitancio.com, indicating the order number. Under these conditions, we will offer you a replacement product or a discount coupon for the value of the damaged product.

If you decide to choose the replacement product, it will be completely free of charge, plus we will assume 50% of the shipping cost of this product, under the standard mode. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email to collect the remaining 50% of the shipping cost and to provide you with more details about the replacement product. As this is a new shipment, the cost of the new shipment may vary from what you paid for your original order, as reported by the courier company. The 50% shipping charge for the replacement product will be charged even if you purchased under the "Free Standard Shipping on purchases over $199 USD" promotion.

If you decide to choose the discount coupon, it will be for the value of the damaged product and can be applied to your next purchases throughout the store. The coupon will be sent to your email address.

Purchases over 12 units

If your order exceeds 12 units, we will contact you within 24 hours after placing the order. Under these conditions, you will have a special discount or a gift product according to availability. The shipping costs shown in the checkout will not be valid for this order and will require to be consulted with the postal company, so we will have to make an additional charge according to your choice of shipping type.

Payment and pricing

All products and shipments are priced in U.S. dollars (USD), regardless of location. Local currencies are not available at this time. Payment methods we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and PayPal.
