If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy.

The following terms apply to any product you have purchased from us.

Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions

For purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Peruvian Whistling Bottles Vitancio SRL, a company located at Urb. Picchu la Rinconada N-1, Cusco 08001, Peru.
• Products refers to the items offered for sale in the Service.
• Order means a request from you to purchase our Products.
• Service refers to the website.
• Website refers to Peruvian Whistling Bottles Vitancio, accessible from https://josevitancio.com
• You means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your rights to return Orders

By law, you have the right to return your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Product or on which a third party You have designated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment you used for the Order and you will not incur any charge for such refund.

Conditions for returns

For Products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• Products were purchased in the last 14 days
• Products are in the original packaging.
• Products were not used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following products cannot be returned:

• The provision of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged your loss of the right to cancel.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only Products at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on offer cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.

Returned products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to us. You must send the Products to the following address with these details:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of return received.
